Kancolle is extremely big in Japan: much bigger than WoWs.Collaborating to target those foreign players is pointless for them. Kancolle (the game) does not target anybody outside of Japan and discourages foreign players in many ways.It's unlikely that this collaboration will appear because three things make Kancolle very different from Arpeggio.
